Technology that bridges to your existing system

UWC introduces the Online Performance Suite and new electronic dealer business processes. This new technology is designed to complement, not compete with or replace the existing software systems you use. It allows your system to reach out to our systems to perform key events in the sales process. Using your own menu for instance, you can get valuable real-time rating from UWC. Or you can sell products through your own menu system and register the sale in UWC’s system.

The benefits will be staggering. Many of the day-to-day sales presentation and contract generation activities, including the post-sales fulfillment processes that occur within the dealership or agent’s office, are going to go entirely electronic and paperless. UWC is also changing business accounting processes to speed up the time it takes to get contracts activated – in some cases, overnight - and paid for to insure the most current and accurate accounting for our reps and dealer clients. These tasks will be achieved through two systems:

Sales Driver sales software system
Add money-saving efficiency to your aftermarket sales process with UWC’s innovative new Sales Driver. It’s a web-based F&I office sales tool that is easy to use and speeds up presentation time dramatically with real time vehicle eligibility and plan selection, accurate rate quotes and contract generation process. New for 2008 is the DMS integration enhancement. Once the deal is finalized, the contract is sent electronically to UWC. Do away with huge, multi-page paper contracts to print out, type over or mail. Sales Driver means fewer mistakes in the F&I office and fewer rejects or charge-backs.

Reports Online reporting and monitoring system.
It’s critical to keep an eye on what is going on in the F&I office and Reports Online gives reps and dealers the ability to monitor dealership production reports at all times. Plus, now in 2008, dealers can get their accurate account receivable statements electronically from UWC when they sign up. There is also secured access risk management monitoring with loss ratio reports online. It’s quick and simple to use.

IntelliRater from GMAC Insurance - a new web based tool that will place all GMAC Insurance’s vehicle service contract rates at dealer’s fingertips. You’ll be able to quickly obtain accurate rates without flipping through a rate book. IntelliRater is just another one of the “Intelligent solutions from GMAC Insurance.”
