
Some customers may be surprised by the amount of excess wear their vehicles have sustained during the course of their lease term. While some normal wear is expected, customers are usually unprepared for the extra expense they may incur for excess wear. These added charges can cause dissatisfaction with your customers and discourage them from leasing through your dealership in the future. Now you and your customers can rest easy knowing that SmartLease Protect will cover certain excess wear charges under their SmartLease* contract. Some of the areas covered include exterior surface damage, tires and wheels, glass and lenses, interior and upholstery, bumpers and missing and broken parts.
SmartLease Protect also affords protection against excess mileage charges (up to $200).
