All dealer inventory physical damage claims are handled at the GMAC Insurance National Property Claim Center (NPCC) in Atlanta, GA. The office hours are from 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)
Via phone at 800-225-5642. A Claim Representative will take your call, set up & handle your claim, and assist you with any claims related issues.
Via fax at 800-337-9264. If you wish to fax in a new claim, please utilize the Wholesale Claim Reporting Form. Claims can be faxed to the NPCC 24 hours a day. For faxed in claims, a Claim Representative will contact you within 1 business day. Although we indicate 1 business day contact, our contact is generally made the same day the claim is received.
